Susan Hopkins will guide you through 5 Domains (Biological, Emotion, Cognitive, Social & Prosocial) and the 5 Steps (Reframe, Recognize, Reduce, Reflect & Respond) of the Shanker Self-Reg® Framework. This is a fantastic Self-Reg Introductory Course.

- Module 3: Recognize the Stressors
- Module 4: Reduce the Stressors
- Module 5: Reflect: Enhance Stress Awareness

All modules are taken online, so learner groups can engage from anywhere. No need to find times when a group can meet face-to-face! Though we do recommend groups discuss their learning and take part in the activities together.
