TMC Refund Policies

1. Self-Directed (On-Demand) Courses and Webinars

All purchases of self-directed, on-demand offerings—including courses and webinars available on the Shanker Self-Reg® Learning Hub—are non-refundable.

This includes any course or webinar that:

  • Is not facilitated by an instructor, and

  • Grants immediate access to course content upon registration.

 

2. Facilitated / Certificate Courses

Facilitated or certificate-based courses may be eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative processing fee under the following condition:

  • The cancellation request is submitted at least 10 full business days before the course start date.

Additional conditions:

  • The course must not have been accessed in any way (e.g., logging into the course space or viewing materials).

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Important:

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 10 business days of the course start date.

  • No refunds will be issued once any portion of the course content has been accessed.
